Are you at a conference? No → You should start planning to go to one. They are great places to get away for a while and take a break Yes → Has it started yet?  No → Best make sure you’re well rested for when it does!  Yes → Are you in a session right now?   No → Then you’re already on a break! No need to rush back though   Yes → What’s your role?    Attendee → You’ve already listened to some of it. Best to quickly go recharge before the next one    Chair → Set a good example to the audience and have a nap on stage. Shows that you care about their wellbeing    Presenter → Audiences don’t like tired presentations. They won’t mind if you just nip off for a second to refresh Take a break
